I have an 11 week Shiba Inu and I was wondering of all the flea protection options which works the best and safest and kills ticks as well?
My favorite is Frontline Plus. Keeps fleas and ticks off. It’s about $100 or so for a six month pack, but right now Frontline is running a special if you purchase through a vet that carries it, buy 6 months get 2 months free (at least my vet is). It works great for my dog and cat!

Frontline is the best and then advantage. Although they are both quite expensive.

Ask the breeder what they use or recommend. I use Frontline on my Shiba but some breeders are also against using "chemicals"’ on thier dogs.
